4.1. Processing Time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During holidays or peak demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

4.2. Shipping Options and Rates. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

4.3. Shipping Regions. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

4.4. Delivery Timeframes. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external conditions (e.g., weather, high volume, etc.).

4.5. Transfer of Risk. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Sweet Habibi is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during transit.

4.6. Warm Weather Advisory. Chocolate is sensitive to heat. While we take reasonable precautions during packing and shipping, we cannot guarantee that products will not melt in transit. Customers are advised to retrieve packages promptly and store items in a cool, dry place.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

5.1. Perishable Products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

5.2. Melted or Soft Chocolates. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for melted or softened items. If chocolates arrive soft, allow them to rest at room temperature or in a cool, dry place until firm. Do not refrigerate immediately, as sudden cooling may affect texture and flavor.

5.3. Incorrect or Damaged Items. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives significantly damaged (excluding melting), please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@sweethabibi.com, providing:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

5.4. Each claim will be reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

5.5. Non-Returnable Items. We cannot accept returns for melted items, opened products, or items damaged after delivery due to improper storage.
