Chocolate is sensitive to heat. While we take steps to protect your items, Sweet Habibi is not responsible for products that melt during transit. We recommend that customers retrieve packages promptly upon delivery and store chocolates in a cool, dry place to maintain quality.
Currently, we ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for melted chocolates. If your order arrives soft or melted, we recommend allowing it to sit at room temperature or in a cool, dry place until it naturally firms up. Please do not place melted chocolate directly into the refrigerator, as this can impact the texture and flavor.
